Account or transaction support
Account verification, login recovery, order disputes, payment status and transaction-specific issues require access to the platform's own records. Use the current support option shown inside the live Vivi Pay interface rather than sending credentials to an unknown third party.
Never send sensitive credentials
Do not send OTPs, passwords, UPI PINs, payment PINs or recovery phrases through a contact message, Telegram DM or screen-sharing session.
